People who plan a trek to the Everest Region or visit Nepal want to see the world's highest mountain Everest. There are several remarkable places to see Everest. Hill stations are the best spots to see Mt. Everest from a trek, but you may see it from the flight tours. The Everest base camp helicopter tour is one of the best, easiest, and fastest options to see Everest. And the other cheapest and quickest way to see Everest is by scenic mountain flight, which flies with other people from Kathmandu airport and lands back at the same airport after a dramatic flight.

Everest region has the three highest mountains above eight thousand meters, including Mount. Everest (8848 M.). Here is also the chance to see the fifth-highest mountain in the world (Makalu) too. Here are some of the top viewpoints, with information on how to visit and which are they.

    Several stunning viewpoints in the Everest Region offer the Best View of the World's highest Mountain (Everest) and its range. Everest Base Camp Trekkers can see Mount Everest's Best Views from Hotel Everest View, Tengboche Hill, and Kala Panther. Gokyo Ri will be added to other viewpoints if you are on the 'Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes Trek' or Gokyo Lakes Trek. Similarly, the 5th Lake and Renjo La Top also offer magnificent views of Everest.

    You can also see Everest from Jhule and Nagarkot, near Kathmandu, but the weather must be clear. The weather in a few days in November and December stays crystal clear. If you visit these lower viewpoints near Kathmandu Valley in these months, you can see a long-distance view of Everest, including many other high mountains.     Kala Patthar (5,545m) - Best Place for the Nearest View

    Kala Patthar (also known as Kala Pattar or Kalapatar). The meaning of Kala Patthar is the black rock from which you can see the highest mountain in the world very close. The hill Kala Patthar is standing near Gorakshep. The Gorakshep is the last lodge camp of the Everest Base Camp Trek. It takes about two hours to climb for regular hikers to reach the top from Gorakshep. There will be windy and freezing cold, so warm clothes and a wind stopper are recommended for this hill. The severe climbing technique is not compulsory for the Kalapatthar.

    Visiting Kala Patthar needs at least 11-12 days for the Everest base camp Trek round trip from Kathmandu to Kathmandu; this leads the trail from Lukla after flying by small plane every morning. The alternative way of visiting the Kala Patthar fast and efficiently is: by taking a helicopter directly from Kathmandu.

    Gokyo Ri (5,357m) - Best Place to See the Bigger Shape of Everest

    Gokyo Ri is also known as the Gokyo Peak, a rocky top 5357 meters above sea level. Gokyo Ri is less popular than Kala Patthar. The view of Everest is a little bit farther in the distance, but you can see more parts of it and find out that Everest is the highest mountain. The 360-degree view of the Everest Himalayan range all around you is impressive from here. Only two mountains above eight thousand meters can see from the Kala Patthar, but four mountains above eight thousand meters can be seen from Gokyo Ri. Mount. Everest (8848 M.), Mount.  Lhotse (8516 M.), mount. Cho- Oyu (8201 M.) from Everest Himalayan range and the Mount. Makalu from Makalu Barun is the highlighted mountain with hundreds of other mountains that can be seen from the top of the Gokyo Ri.

    Not only the mountains, the beautiful lakes, glaciers, and the valley are the other attractions to see from the top. Once you visit Gokyo Ri, you will find it is a far better view than the Kala Patthar.

    Renjo La Pass Top (5,360m) - Best Place to See Everest Himalaya

    The Renjo La Top (5360 M.) has the incredible Mountain View of Gokyo Ri. This viewpoint includes the Everest High Pass Trek or Renjo Pass Trek. You are leaving the Gokyo Valley behind, After ascending for about 3 hours. This is an easy pass than other Everest high passes. The view of four high mountains, Everest, Lhotse, Cho-Oyu, and Makalu, and the other beautiful mountains can be seen from this top. You may only visit and return to the Gokyo or go over the pass to the beautiful hidden valley (Thame) from this top.

    Tengboche (3868m) - Best Place for Amadablam View

    Tengboche Hill is one of the best viewpoints for trekkers who do not have enough time to go to the Everest base camp. The visitors doing an Everest View or panorama trek for one week, enjoy the stunning view of the Everest massif. The view of the most beautiful mountain in the Everest region ( Amadablam) can be seen very close here. More than a hundred years old Buddhist monastery is the other attraction of this viewpoint.

    Everest View Hotel (3,860m) - First Place to See Everest

    The Everest View Hotel viewpoint is at a height of 3860 meters above sea level. Everyone visits this viewpoint on the second day of the Namche Bazaar for the acclimatization hike of longer Everest trekking. Following the trail through the highest rough airport (Syangboche) takes about 2 hours to reach the Everest Hotel. You will enjoy the panoramic Everest Himalayan range, including Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam, and the other beautiful mountains, with some drinks in the Everest View hotel. Tengboche monastery and some great valleys to see.
