Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, an Airport representative from Frolic Adventure will pick us up and takes us to our 4-star hotel or suite hotel with private transport. Here we meet a manager from the company and talk about the program.

Today we have a full-day heritage tour in the Kathmandu valley. We start our trek after breakfast at the hotel around 9 am. Our tour guide takes us to 4 UNESCO world heritage sites with private transport. We visit Kathmandu durbar square, monkey temple, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath, learn about history, culture, religion, and much more with our guide, then drive back to our hotel.

This is the day our adventure trip begins. We fly to Lukla in the early morning with a small aircraft. After 30 minutes scenic flight, we landed at Lukla airport' and started our hike to Phakding. We pass some beautiful sherpa settlements like Chheplung, Thadokosi, and Ghat. We have a great view of some white mountains, rivers, forests, and Buddhist monuments while trekking to Phakding.

Today is our long day trek to Namche Bazar. We cross five different suspension bridges for the same river (Dudhkoshi). After crossing two bridges and walking for about three and a half hours, we reach Monjo, where the national park starts. Then we cross another bridge and stop for lunch. After lunch in Jorsalle, we trek for 2-3 hrs more, crossing the highest suspension bridge in this region and ascending to a hill. Namche Bazaar is the most beautiful town along the way to the Everest base camp trek, so we spend this night here.

Acclimatization is an important key to avoiding altitude sickness, so we take an altitude practice rest day today here in Namche. We hike up to the Everest view hotel, which brings us around 2 hrs to reach the hotel. On the way, we pass a high airport (Syangboche) and see the beautiful views of Amadablam, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and many other high mountains from the trail and the Everest view hotel. After enjoying the view from this viewpoint, we hike back to Namche Bazaar again and stay overnight.

Today we trek from Namche Bazar to Deboche, with a great view. The first 2 hrs trail is nice and clear, made by an old man collecting donations with the visitors. When we cross Kyangjuma, we see the way to Gokyo, so the trail to the Gokyo lake trek leads from Sanasa. Then we trek downwards to Phunki Tenga and have Lunch. After Lunch, the trail ascends through rhododendron and pine forest for 2 hrs to Tengboche and descends another 30 minutes to Deboche.

After the morning view of Everest, Amadablam, and other mountains, we trek towards Dingboche, passing Pangboche and Somare. From Pangboche, we will be above the tree line to have open views everywhere. Dingboche is the highest proper Sherpa village. We see the island peak from this place, one of the most famous trekking peaks among climbers.

This is the second day of altitude practice. We hike up to the Nangkar-Tsang hill after our breakfast. While climbing the hill, we see the world's fifth-highest mountain (Makalu). Mt. Makalu is not in the Everest region, but we can see it today. After hiking for around 2 hrs towards the hill, we returned to the Dingboche lodge and stayed overnight.

Leaving Dingboche behind, we trek to Thukla through a ridge. We can see Pheriche valley on our right from the trail. We stop for our lunch in Thukla and go to the Thukla pass afterward. It takes around 45 minutes to reach the top of Thukla. Here we see lots of monuments of dead climbers on this top. We still trek another hour on an easy path to Lobuche from here.

Today we go closer to our goal. We cross a small glacier keeping Khumbu glacier on our right. After 3 hrs of walking, we reach Gorakshep, the last night stay on our trek. We rest a couple hours in our lodge, then hike up to Kala Patthar for the sunset view. We see a stunning mountain view from this hill, and Everest is very close like you are standing in front of a mirror. Then we hike back to the lodge in Gorakshep.

This is an important day that we are reaching the Everest base camp. We have an early breakfast, hike to the base camp, and return by Lunch in Gorakshep. After our Lunch here, we trek back to Thukla, passing Lobuche.

After breakfast in the lodge, we ascend to Tengboche hill and trek to Phunki Tenga. Again we will climb to Kyangjuma from this place, then trek on an easy flat part after. Today we arrive at Namche Bazaar after struggling in the higher elevations for a few days to enjoy Namche by visiting some bars and bakeries.
