Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the popular trekking in Nepal. It is situated in the western region, specifically in the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP). Annapurna Base Camp trekking is also known as Annapurna sanctuary trek. It is a special trekking management trekking trail. Trek to Annapurna base camp starts from Nayapul and follow the Poon Hill trail. The green hill sceneries and the stunning snow capped Himalayan views. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Fishtail, Nilgiri and other surrounding peaks can be seen from Poon Hill. From Tadapani, the trek skips this trail and move towards the Annapurna base camp. The resourcefulness of this area is remarkable. Passing Sinuwa, Deurali and Machhapuchhre base camp, you reach to the spectacular part of the Annapurna base camp. It crosses over 4000 meters, so acclimatization is equally significant. Early in the morning, the sunrise view at the top of the snowy mountains that can be seen breathtaking. Such fabulous moments give you an astonishing memory in your lifetime. You can enjoy the natural hot spring bath in this trek. After spending such memorable moment, you trek down Nayapul via Jhinu natural hot spring. From Nayapul you drive to Pokhara.

Day 01 Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m.)Airport representative from Frolic Adventure will receive you from Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu and will then transfer to your respective hotel in our private tourist transport. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02 Full day cultural tours of Kathmandu valley.After having breakfast at your hotel, sightseeing trip will start. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide for the tour. Today you will visit four world heritages sites of UNESCO. The sites you will visit are: Kathmandu durbar square, Swayambhunath, Bauddhanath and Pashupatinath. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Drive to Pokhara, Lake City.(820m.)6-7hrs.Our trekking staff will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the bus station. The bus to Pokhara leaves at around 7:00am. A beautiful valley set on the banks of the Phewa Lake, Pokhara is also known for its panoramic views of Annapurna, Machapuchare (shape of fish tail) in the north, Dhaulagiri in the west, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu in the east. It is smaller and much less hectic than Kathmandu, hence providing the perfect starting point of the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Drive to Nayapul (1070m.) - 1 hr drive. Trek to Tikhedhunga. (1540M.) 3 hrs. You will begin the trek at Nayapul after 1and half hour drive on a private vehicle from Pokhara. After a short 15-minute walk along the banks of the Modi Khola, you reach to Birethanti (1,015m) a large village with many shops and teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village and follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. The trail climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille at 1,495m and after a short climb, arrives Tikhedhunga at 1,570m. Today’s walk is relatively short and easy, a prelude to the trekking experience in the Annapurna region. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 05 Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,850m.)7 hrs.You will move on towards the steep climb to Ulleri, a large Magar village at an altitude of 2,070m. The trail ascends more gently from this point, through fine forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2,250m. Then the trek towards Nangethanti at 2,460m. After an hour walk you reach at Ghorepani (2,850m). Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 06 Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m.) and trek to Tadapani (2610m.)5 hrs.Today, very early in the morning, You start an hour hiking to Poon Hill at an elevation of 3,210m, a brilliant mountain range spectacle; this point provides an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the high Himalayas. There you can spend about 1 hour, then return to Ghorepani and take a hot breakfast at the guest house. Then You trek to the other side of poonhill a climb along ridges, and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2,960m). After that you descend to the Banthanti, then turning off to Tadapani. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 07 Trek from Tadapani to Chomrong (2170m.)5 hrs.The day starts with a steep downhill through rhododendron forests. Leaving Tadapani, you descend through the forests to Chuile and then the trail starts upwards to Gurjung which is the village of Gurung people, with an easy walk to Chommrong at an elevation of 2,140 m. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 08 Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2600m.)6 hrs. Today the trail descends down to the Chhomrong Khola and climbing to Sinuwa. After Sinuwa the trail is nice and easy into the forest and bamboo bushes then reach to Bamboo where you will stop for your Lunch. After having lunch at bamboo, you will trek about an hour to Dovan. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 09 Trek from Dovan to Deurali (3200m.)4 hrs.You will walk between deep forest with bamboo bushes and enjoy the waterfalls along the side this day. You will be crossing few small streams. After walking about two hours, you will be at Himalaya. Here you can stop for few minutes for hot drinks then continue Your trek to Deurali. Overnight at guest house.
Day 10Trek from Deurali to Annapurna base camp (4130m.)4 hrs.You will be walking to the side of Modi river for a while after Deurali. You can see mount fishtail in front of you and huge rocks of your both side. The trail goes steep after you walk about an hour from Deurali. The tree line cross from the place when you will be closer to Machhapuchchhre Base Camp (MBC). To reach to Annapurna base camp from here takes another two hours gentle climb. Overnight at guest house.
Day 11Trek back from annapurna base camp to Bamboo (2310m.)5-6 hrs You will follow the same trail down today the trail drops by 1,700m to the bank of Modi Khola to Bamboo at 2,345m where there are a few tea houses/lodges available to stay at. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 12Trek from Bamboo to Jhinudanda. Natural hot spring. (1780m.)5 hrs.You will follow the same trail until Chommrong. From Chomrong the trail descends very steeply to the Jhinu hot spring, where you can bathe in natural hot springs. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 13Trek from Jhinudanda to Nayapul 6hrs. and drive to Pokhara. 1hrs.From Jhinu hot springs you will walk at the right side of Modi Khola for 4.5 hrs to Syauli Bazaar and stop for your lunch here. The trail this day, considered one of the best and the most relaxing walks of the entire trek. You reach to Nayapul then an hour drive will take back to Pokhara. After you check in to hotel then you can rest at hotel and celebrate your trek here. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14Drive back to Kathmandu.Fare well dinner with Frolic Adventure.You will drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara by luxury tourist bus. The bus leaves early morning and arrives in Kathmandu about 3 pm then you will be transfer to the hotel. You can rest for few hours of long bus journey and you will be invited for fare well dinner by Frolic Adventure in this evening. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 15Departure to international airport for your final flight.Frolic Adventure provides private transportation to drop you to international airport for your final departure.
