Day 01 : Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m.).Our representative will be waiting for your arrival at the terminal where you will be picked and escorted to the hotel. Once refreshed, you will be taken to our office where we will have a short introduction program with the trekking team members. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Valley full day Sightseeing.This day is reserved for visiting the cultural and the historical town of Kathmandu. Our private vehicle will come to receive you and your head to explore the valley along with an experienced tour guide. We will visit some famous historical places in Kathmandu which are also enlisted by UNESCO as world heritage sites. Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square are the destinations for the day. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03 : 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat (530m.) 6-7 hrs.A wonderful drive for about seven to eight hours all along the path of Dhading Besi will take us to Arughat. The drive from Kathmandu goes along the Tribhuvan Highway till Naubise, from where the journey to Arughat goes along the Prithvi Highway. Arughat is one of the most famous towns in this area which is divided into two by the roaring Budhi Gandaki River. Overnight stay at Arughat.
Day 04 : Drive to Soti Khola and trek to Lapubesi (880m.) 3 hrs.Our trail mostly follows the left bank of Budhi Gandaki River and crosses many farmlands of rice, maize, and millets. We will keep walking to Arkhet and then climb the stone stairs which heads towards the narrow valley surrounded by the dense forests and then we will descend to Soti Khola. The trail continues along the Sal forest to Lapubesi which is inhabited by the Gurung ethnicity. Overnight stay at Lapubesi.
Day 05 : Trek from Lapubesi to Tatopani, natural hot spring (930m) 6 hrs.On this day, we head towards Tatopani, famous for hosting hot springs with healing attributes. The mostly-ascending trail follows the river bank of Budhi Gandaki River before descending to Machha Khola. The trail continues to hug the river and passes many Gurung villages in the way leading us to the lower Khorlabesi. From Khorlabesi, we will ascend a few ridges which will take us to Tatopani. Overnight stay at Tatopani.
Day 06 : Trek from Tatopani to Jagat (1410m) 6 hrs.Initially, the trail climbs a ridge where we will cross a suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River which will lead us to an ascending path which opens out in a narrow valley through Dobhan. We will continue to walk along the same path leading us to Yaru Phant. The trail heads towards the bridge over the Yaru Khola. On crossing the trail, we will climb few ridges to reach Jagat. Overnight stay at Jagat.
Day 07 : Trek from Jagat to Chisopani (1660m) 5 hrs.The trail today will head towards the rocky ridges of Salleri and the eventually drops to Sirdibas. The trail continues towards the Ghatta Khola, which will lead us to a long suspension bridge. On crossing the bridge we will head toward the village, Philim which is a large Gurung village. From Philim, we will walk towards the north through the dense forests to Chisopani. Overnight stay at Chisopani.
Day 08 : Trek from Chisopani to Chumling (2386m) 6-7 hrs.From Chisopani, the trail will cross a gorge and Ekle Bhatti with the magnificent view of waterfall taking us through the deep dense forests to Tsum Valley. The trail will climb through the pine and rhododendron forests to Lokpa. From Lokpa, we will descend to the bank of Lungwa Khola and then we will climb along the forests of pine and rhododendron to head towards the bank of Siyar Khola and finally reach Chumling. Overnight stay at Chumling.
Day 09 : Trek from Chumling to Chhokang Paro (3010m) 5 hrs.Today will be an easy climb along the bank of the Siyar Khola. Initially, we will cross a suspension bridge and then continue to walk along the bank of Rainjam to Sarpu Khola which will lead us to the Gho village. Another few hours of the climb along the ridges of Tsum will take us to our destination Chhokang Paro. Views of Himchuli and Ganesh Himal range are clear from here. Overnight stay at Chhokang Paro.
Day 10 : Trek from Chhokang Paro to the Nile (3361m.) 5-6 hrs.We leave Chhokang Paro and climb to a rope suspension bridge across the Lama Gaon to Rachen Gompa which is a Nunnery Gompa. We explore the monastery and move ahead towards our destination. The trail continues towards the Siyar Khola and then we will cross famous and very well organized villages of Lar, Phurbe, and Pangdun. The trail crosses few villages before reaching the Nile. Overnight stay at the Nile.
Day 11 : Trek from the Nile to Mu Gompa (3700m.)3 hrs.Today the trail heads north towards the Tibetan landscapes. Leaving the Nile, we begin the ascent to Chho Syong. Along the way, we cross a micro-hydro power plant and trails decorated by Mani wall. The trail climbs to Mu Gompa and then we will also visit the Dephu Doma Gompa. These monasteries are of ancient origins and have legends of Tibetan-Buddhism and Bon Po religion. Overnight stay at Mu Gompa.
Day 12 : Spare day in Mu Gompa and visit Monastery.It is our rest day Mu-Gompa. Today we will make a short visit to Mu Gompa and we will do sightseeing in and around Mu gompa. Mu Gompa holds great significance in the folklore and culture of the Buddhists in the Tsum valley. It is situated at a great height in the remote areas of Tsum Valley and also boasts great views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight stay at Mu Gompa.
Day 13 : Trek from Mu Gompa to Burgi (3245m.) via Milarepa cave- 5 hrs.Today, we will descend to Burgi village. The trail descends along the Chhule and Phurbe village along the bank of Siyar Khola. On crossing the Khola, we will reach our destination at Burgi village. On reaching the village, we climb to Milarepa cave, famous for rewarding us with the beautiful views of Poshyop Glacier, Kipu Himal, and Churke Himal ranges. Overnight stay at Burgi village.
Day 14 : Trek from Burgi to Chumling (2386m) 6 hrs.On having our breakfast, we will start to descend along the same trail through which we had ascended. Initially the trail descends to Chhokang Paro and further to Gho village. The trail continues up to the bridge over the Sarpu Khola. Descending along the trail of Tsum valley will take us to Chumling village. Overnight stay at Chumling.
Day 15 : 15 Trek from Chumling to Philim (1570m) 6 hrs.Today’s trail initiated along the flat path to Lokpa, which head further to the flatlands in the south with the views of Samba Falls. Continuously descending along the forested landscapes and ridges we will reach Philim. From Philim, the trail to the base camp of Ganesh Himal also diverts east-bound. Overnight stay at Philim.
Day 16 : Trek from Philim to Khorlabesi (970m) 6 hrs.The trail to Khorlabesi is along the Jagat and Tatopani, the same path through which we had ascended. Initially, we will descend along the trail to Sirdibas to reach Jagat. We will further descend to Yaruphant and then to Dobhan to reach Tatopani. A few hours of walk from Tatopani will take us to Khorlabesi. Overnight stay at Khorlabesi.
Day 17 : Trek from Khorlabesi to Soti Khola (700m) 7 hrs.The trail descends all along the Tharo Khola leading us to Machha Khola village and further continues to descend to Lapubesi. The trail further descends to Khursane and we walk few ridges over the Budhi Gandaki River and then we will cross a forest of Sal to reach Soti Khola. Overnight stay at Soti Khola.
Day 18 : Trek from Soti Khola to Arughat (530m) 4 hrs.The trail descends all the way back to Arughat from where we had initiated our trek to Tsum valley. Enjoying all the beautiful sceneries, we will descend along the same path and relishing all the memories that we have made during the trek. On reaching Arughat we will check in a hotel and can opt to head to the village and explore it. Overnight stay at Arughat.
Day 19 : Drive back to Kathmandu. Farewell dinner with Frolic Adventure.Leaving Arughat, we will drive all the way back to Kathmandu enjoying the magnificent views of the mountains and the picturesque hills. On reaching Kathmandu, we will transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, we will exchange and arrange our photos and have a wonderful farewell dinner with our team members. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 20 : Departure to the international airport for your final flight.This will be your last day in this wonderful and beautiful country. On having your lunch we will drive you to the international airport for your final departure bidding you a final goodbye.
