Langtang valley trekking embarks from Syabrubesi, following the Langtang Khola towards the Lama Hotel. Walking through the rhododendron, oak and bamboo forest, the wonderful trek is highly adorable for the bird watchers as there are various bird species too. Ascending to the Langtang village with an entrance from Ghoda Tabela, you can experience the ethnic culture and their unique lifestyles matchable with Tibetan culture. The fluttering prayer flags, Mani walls, Gompa and other things offer you unique feelings. Tamang people are innocent and hospitable. Their spiritual way of living is spectacular. It has been reconstructed after the destroyed caused by the earthquake. Then you head further exploring the cheese factory on the way, you reach to the Kyanjin Gompa. Natural Seebok throne juice and Yak dairy products are good to try from Langtang valley trek. The smooth ringing bell at the monastery, meditation, prayers and other functions at the Gompa are really wonderful to see. An extra day can be useful to look around and hike to the Tserko Ri or Kyanjing Ri. Trekking down all the way to Syabrubesi, you drive back to Kathmandu and end the trip.

Day 01Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m.)Upon our arrival at the Kathmandu international airport, we will be picked up by a representative of Frolic Adventure with a private transport and takes us to our hotel where we meet a manager from the company for our trip meeting. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02Kathmandu Valley full day Sightseeing.Our Nepal tour and trek begins from today with visiting the world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. An expert tour guide will take us to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Monkey temple, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath with the private transport and gives us lots of information about the sites, history of Nepal, Culture, religion, art, architecture, and politics of Nepal as our interests than drive back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1460m.)6-7 hrs.We drive in the morning by a public bus which takes us about 7 hours through the hillside road. We stop a few times to stretch our knee and for the lunch during our drive. We have the local lunch today. When we reach Dhunche than we check in into the national park checkpoint and drive downwards to Syabrubesi. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 04Trek from Syabrubeshi to Lama hotel (2470m.)6-7 hrs.After a half, an hour walking from Syabrubesi, we see lots of marijuana fields in the forest and a beautiful waterfall. We reach Domen and trek another hour to Pairo. We see some monkeys and the beehives on the rock around here and enter the forest. Walking for about another hour, we reach bamboo where we stop for our lunch. We again trek through the forest and cross a bridge then climb about an hour to Rimche. We trek downwards another a half an hour to Lama hotel from here. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 05Trek from Lama hotel to Langtang valley (3430m.)6 hrs.We trek for 2 hours through the forest with the sound of Langtang river to Riverside and keep continue the forest and ascend to Ghodatabela. We see the great view of the Langtang valley and some beautiful mountain from here and pass an army checkpoint and reach Thangsyap. We have our lunch here than trek another 2 hours through the Gumba village to Langtang. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 06Trek from Langtang valley to Kyanjin gompa (3870m.)4 hrs.We pass a Tamang village Mundu and walk on the flat area with the beautiful view today to go to Kyanjin Gompa. The trek for us is short and easy day today. After we reach Kyangkin Gompa, we have our lunch and explore around by visiting the Yak cheese factory and the monastery. We may visit some bakery if we would like to. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 07Rest day at Kyanjin gompa and explore day for day hike.We have a few different options for our day hikes from here. Either we may visit Lirung glacier, Kyangjin Ri or Tserkuri today. If we hike to Lirung glacier or Kyanjinri, will be the short hikes so we may have breakfast and come back for the lunch back to the lodge. If we hike to the Tserkuri, we need to start early in the morning with packed lunch and arrive in the evening. We see nice views from Kyanjinri and Tserkuri and come back to the lodge. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 08Trek back from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama hotel(2470m.)7 hrs.This is a long day but physically easy day to trek down to Lama hotel. We pass Langtang, Gumba village, Ghodatabela before arriving in Lamahotel. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 09Trek back from Lama hotel to Syabru besi(1460m.)This is the final day of our trek. We trek for about half an hour to Rimche and see lots of colourful birds. We trek down with the sounds of the birds through the forest to Bamboo and Pairo. We trek down through bamboo bushes to Domen and arrive again to the Ganja field. Crossing the Ganja field, we then arrive Syabrubesi and celebrate our last night mountain stay. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 10Drive back to Kathmandu.Fare well dinner with Frolic Adventure.We again take similar transport back to Kathmandu from here. We might be tired after a long journey of the public bus, so we will be fresh and rest a couple of hours and be ready for the dinner which invited by Frolic adventure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11Departure to international airport for your final flight.We say goodbye until our next Nepal visit and drive to the international airport for our final departure to back home. Frolic adventure drops us by a private transport.
